Erin Obradovich created a zoetrope powered by a foot treadled sewing machine, of the sort in the HH collection. The zoetrope (the circular device that enables viewing a simple strip of drawings as an animation) contained images related to sewing. Visitors were invited to create their own animation on the strips provided, or use the machine to sew on the muslin
