Curie discovered the element radium. Unaware of how dangerous it was, she was said to carry a vial of it around her neck and another in her desk drawer to pull out and show people. She later died of cancer.
I made her a locket (which looks like a thin desk drawer) holding a vial (of phosphorous, not radium!)
